JPIC TY Trip to the Irish Aid Centre

On the 25th of November, Ms.Finneran and Ms.Grace’s TY JPIC module classes went on a trip to the Irish Aid Centre to learn about the 2030 agenda for sustainable development and Ireland’s purpose in helping to reach those goals.

We learned about about the sustainable goals through a fun board game with questionnaires. Afterwards, we were shown a slideshow, informing us on how Ireland has helped in making other countries more sustainable, helping with women’s rights, technology access and educational opportunities, etc.

Overall it was a great day with lots of important information shared!
