TY Modules

Modules are a very important part of the TY programme and a daily component in every TY student's timetable. TY modules go beyond a focus on academic exams and they challenge us to try out new subjects and activities.. TY modules help us students discover what we might want to do as a career in the future. As part of the TY Blog let's look at the modules on offer in our school:

 Legal Studies:

The is a module that "makes crime pay" by centring on the practice of law. This module incorporates two distinct and unique components: a Mock Trial in action and a Legal Studies project. The Mock Trial is an intense and hugely competitive form of legal drama where aspiring legal eagles get to hone their public speaking and acting skills. Trips to the Criminal Court of Justice and classroom conversations around famous legal cases add to the suspense of participating in a typical Legal Studies class.
