Transition Year Mini Company

 Transition Year Mini Company

We are lucky this year, like every other year, that fourth year business students have the opportunity to create a mini business. With so many disappointments this year, in relation to Transition year, this is a fantastic and interactive project to look forward to.

Each business class has been divided into small groups that they will have to create a small business with. Students have to use their Junior Cycle business skills to create a product or service that will successfully sell to their target market.

Once the teams have set up their business, they will compete against other student enterprises in The Student Enterprise Awards and Foróige with chances to win in Fingal and on a national level.

These competitions are going to judge students based on their marketing, finance, planning, communication and selling skills.

As the teams are formed, products brainstormed and logos decided we wish them all good luck in this exciting project.
